Sometimes I wonder if my fics leave impressions on the people around me. As much as I try to tell myself that the views and kudos and comments don't matter, a part of me still clings to them. I always hope my fic will be mentioned as someone's favorite, someone's comfort fic.

nobody asked me, but if you’re a fan writer, please write whatever the hell you want. not only will you find so much more enjoyment and fulfillment in it, but your passion will come through in your writing and that will resonate with your readers so much more than anything else.

one day i’m gonna make a thread of all the things i was excited to talk about in comments but never got to talk about bc spoilers and it’s going to be SO cathartic for me

sometimes i get comments on my fics that accurately predict upcoming scenes / arcs and i have to play the response as if i’m totally chill and calm and not wanting to agree with such excitement about how cool it’s going to be when we get to the thing they’re talking about
