Namibia is ending its relationship with IMF. They rejected more loans from IMF, did a debt audit and only paid what they legally owed IMF. They have paid all the debts and they are now walking out of the IMF murderous program of economic terrorism. They become the second country to walk out after Mozambique. Mozambique petitioned IMF and refused the Tuna Bond Odious Debts they never incurred. They asked IMF to negotiate with the borrowers who squandered the illegal debts to pay them back. As we are talking today, Mozambique is out of the trap. Our time is also coming. We MUST also refuse to pay Odious Debts we never consented to. #DeniBandia #ReKe #DrainTheSwamp

Good evening patriots. Here is your last dose of anger for the night. You will recall MT Paloma. The ship that arrived in March with fuel at 43ppm sulphur. Four times above Kenya's 10ppm legal limit. The Energy CS said reject it. Kenya Pipeline blended it anyway. Into your engine. Into your lungs. Kenyans complained. Spark plugs failed. Engines coughed. Today the government has released a press release. With official letterhead. And a very serious signature. Temporarily adjusting fuel standards to 50ppm sulphur. For six months. Owing to Middle East supply constraints. Let us connect these dots slowly. Illegal dirty fuel arrives. Government blends it anyway. Kenyans complain about engine damage. Government response? Change the standard to match the illegal fuel. They did not fix the fuel. They fixed the law. To fit the crime. This is not fuel standards management. This is evidence tampering. On a national scale. With official letterhead. The MT Paloma fuel was illegal in March. It is now government policy in April. Your engine was not the problem Kenya. Your standards were just too high. They have been adjusted accordingly. Everything else will follow. As usual, stay angry. No fake optimism: Singapore is a mirage! Dismas wa Tabu. Dreaming in installments. Billed in full.

World Bank told Nigeria to reopen fuel imports because Dangote’s fuel was 12% more expensive than imports. Dangote called it flawed. World Bank quietly deleted the whole report from their website. Meanwhile Europe is buying refined fuel from the same Dangote refinery because Middle East supply got disrupted. The same Europe that used to sell Nigeria its own crude back as petrol. You can’t make this up. An African refinery finally works at scale and the first recommendation is not invest more, not expand capacity. It’s bring back imports. When Africa consumes nobody says a word. When Africa refines and competes suddenly it’s a problem.

When Aliko Dangote moves to expand refining in Africa, it’s suddenly monopoly. The World Bank even warned he could dominate the oil market across regions, then deleted the statement few days after backlash. But for decades, Shell and Chevron controlled African oil, and nobody called it monopoly. Africa exporting crude and importing fuel at a high cost was fine. Local refining is where the panic starts? Dangote isn’t the threat, it’s all a fight for control.

The United States is set to cut off funding for HIV, malaria and tuberculosis treatment in Zambia unless the country agrees to give the U.S. its minerals. Europe's main 'ally' is a gangster.
Al Jazeera English@AJEnglish

Zambia must decide by April 30 if it'll provide US businesses with preferential access to its minerals, or lose support for 1.3 million people who rely on funding from Washington for HIV treatment. Al Jazeera’s @marthevdwolf explains.

What a joke. Parliament is the legislating body, the Revenue Authority is merely an implementing agency. Here we have a legislator blaming the implementing agency for a matter regarding the country's income tax regime.

Sen. @scherargei: Can you believe that Sebastian Sawe who won the London Marathon is winning 48 million in award, but KRA are taking 18 million? I appeal to KRA not to touch the winnings of athletes and sportsmen. #SenateLive
