The RCI into Tabung Haji found that it paid tens of millions of ringgit in staff bonuses between 2010 and 2017, ranging from two to 13 months' salary, despite facing financial difficulties.

Malaysia would spend an estimated RM16 million to prepare Sepang International Circuit for F1’s return, after negotiations with Bahrain resulted in the hosting fee being waived.
"We are effectively hosting it for free. If there is any expenditure, it is only to carry out minor repairs to the track, which is currently used for other racing events," said PM Anwar Ibrahim.
