Come to think of it: If Jesus is God, then who created heaven and earth? Who did Jesus worship and pray to while He was on earth? And who was ruling the universe when Jesus was here in human form? Why would God choose to come to earth in the flesh, allow Himself to be tortured and killed by the very people He created just to “die for our sins”? Couldn’t an all-powerful and merciful God simply forgive us without the humiliation, suffering, and death? Can we worship the Father alone, without the Son and the Holy Spirit?
