Honestly, I don’t think every company today needs to aggressively hire to grow. There’s this idea that growth is tied to team size - and it’s something we should get out of our heads. In the age of AI, the winners will be those who can make teams and technology work efficiently together. We’re moving from companies using AI to AI-using companies to evolve and build. We’ll soon see fully autonomous companies (at Kortix, we’re about to launch something big). Personally, I’d still invest in human capital in sales-led, B2B companies, where sales is the core driver and network effects play a key role. But even there, I’d focus on heavily optimizing processes through AI.
