Supporting such rules logically requires a fundamental belief that humans are not equal and deserve to be categorized and judged. Anyone who truly supports equality consequently must be against such rules. In general rules have to be fair, equal and universally accepted.

If you have rules for groups of people categorized by gender, age, race, religion etc. you are at best an Idiot and at worst an ignorant prick. Certain offenses are ofc less bad than others: eg. '*Religion* shouldnt exist' 'women shouldnt vote' 'old people shouldnt drive'
