Narrative violation warning: Elders in my Arab village in Israel told me the richest Palestinians sold their land and left first. 80 years later, their grandkids now claim to be displaced victims. I am so allergic to victim mindset. It boils my blood. ~15 million displaced Hindus and Muslims in India-Pakistan around the SAME year. No one is trying to be a victim there. It's time to move on. "You only get to be a victim once. After that, you’re a volunteer."

هذه وصيّتي، ورسالتي الأخيرة. إن وصلَتكم كلماتي هذه، فاعلموا أن إسرائيل قد نجحت في قتلي وإسكات صوتي. بداية السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته يعلم الله أنني بذلت كل ما أملك من جهدٍ وقوة، لأكون سندًا وصوتًا لأبناء شعبي، مذ فتحت عيني على الحياة في أزقّة وحارات مخيّم جباليا للاجئين، وكان أملي أن يمدّ الله في عمري حتى أعود مع أهلي وأحبّتي إلى بلدتنا الأصلية عسقلان المحتلة "المجدل" لكن مشيئة الله كانت أسبق، وحكمه نافذ. عشتُ الألم بكل تفاصيله، وذُقت الوجع والفقد مرارًا، ورغم ذلك لم أتوانَ يومًا عن نقل الحقيقة كما هي، بلا تزوير أو تحريف، عسى أن يكون الله شاهدًا على من سكتوا ومن قبلوا بقتلنا، ومن حاصروا أنفاسنا ولم تُحرّك أشلاء أطفالنا ونسائنا في قلوبهم ساكنًا ولم يُوقِفوا المذبحة التي يتعرّض لها شعبنا منذ أكثر من عام ونصف. أوصيكم بفلسطين، درةَ تاجِ المسلمين، ونبضَ قلبِ كلِّ حرٍّ في هذا العالم. أوصيكم بأهلها، وبأطفالها المظلومين الصغار، الذين لم يُمهلهم العُمرُ ليحلموا ويعيشوا في أمانٍ وسلام، فقد سُحِقَت أجسادهم الطاهرة بآلاف الأطنان من القنابل والصواريخ الإسرائيلية، فتمزّقت، وتبعثرت أشلاؤهم على الجدران. أوصيكم ألّا تُسكتكم القيود، ولا تُقعِدكم الحدود، وكونوا جسورًا نحو تحرير البلاد والعباد، حتى تشرق شمسُ الكرامة والحرية على بلادنا السليبة. أُوصيكم بأهلي خيرًا، أوصيكم بقُرّة عيني، ابنتي الحبيبة شام، التي لم تسعفني الأيّام لأراها تكبر كما كنتُ أحلم. وأوصيكم بابني الغالي صلاح، الذي تمنيت أن أكون له عونًا ورفيق دربٍ حتى يشتدّ عوده، فيحمل عني الهمّ، ويُكمل الرسالة. أوصيكم بوالدتي الحبيبة، التي ببركة دعائها وصلتُ لما وصلت إليه، وكانت دعواتها حصني، ونورها طريقي. أدعو الله أن يُربط على قلبها، ويجزيها عنّي خير الجزاء. وأوصيكم كذلك برفيقة العمر، زوجتي الحبيبة أم صلاح بيان، التي فرّقتنا الحرب لأيامٍ وشهورٍ طويلة، لكنها بقيت على العهد، ثابتة كجذع زيتونة لا ينحني، صابرة محتسبة، حملت الأمانة في غيابي بكلّ قوّة وإيمان. أوصيكم أن تلتفوا حولهم، وأن تكونوا لهم سندًا بعد الله عز وجل. إن متُّ، فإنني أموت ثابتًا على المبدأ، وأُشهد الله أني راضٍ بقضائه، مؤمنٌ بلقائه، ومتيقّن أن ما عند الله خيرٌ وأبقى. اللهم تقبّلني في الشهداء، واغفر لي ما تقدّم من ذنبي وما تأخّر، واجعل دمي نورًا يُضيء درب الحرية لشعبي وأهلي. سامحوني إن قصّرت، وادعوا لي بالرحمة، فإني مضيتُ على العهد، ولم أُغيّر ولم أُبدّل. لا تنسوا غزة… ولا تنسوني من صالح دعائكم بالمغفرة والقبول. أنس جمال الشريف 06.04.2025 هذا ما أوصى بنشره الحبيب الغالي أنس عند استشهاده. إدارة الصفحة

US Green Beret saw IDF war crimes at aid delivery sites in Gaza. “In my entire career I have never witnessed the level of brutality and use of indiscriminate and unnecessary force against a civilian population, an unarmed starving population,” according to US Green Beret Anthony Aguilar, who deployed to Gaza Humanitarian Foundation aid distribution sites in the Gaza strip. “Using artillery rounds, mortar rounds, tank rounds into unarmed civilians is a war crime.” “The American people need to know what the United States is involved in in Gaza. We’re not bystanders. We are a part of it. U.S. tax dollars are going towards this effort. Americans are on the ground, armed, in Gaza, engaging with Palestinians and involved in things that America needs to know about.” Aguilar has provided direct testimony of his experience working for the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), which manages US- and Israeli-backed 'aid delivery' in Gaza. “Dystopian to the tenth degree. It’s horrible. There was no box for this young man. So he picked up some things that he found on the ground, and he was so thankful for even that. And he walked up to me and he extended his hand, and I beckoned for him to come forward, and he grabbed my hand, and he kissed my hand and he said, “Shukran, shukran,” and he was sincere. “Then he held my hand and he kissed it, and I knelt down to look at him in the face so I can let him know that, you know, people care. You’re not alone. People care. And he set down his bags and he put his hands on my face and he kissed me. “And he says, “Thank you.” And he picked up his bags and he went back to join this group. This was the last remaining group of people on the site that were picking up remnants of aid. “The IDF [Israeli military] opened up with machine gun fire into the crowd to get them to leave faster, to get them to hurry. Shooting at their feet, shooting over their head, shooting into the berm. There’s video of this. It’s been verified. That’s the first time I had experienced such use of force against… So I didn’t know what was going on because he had walked through the berm, and I heard the shooting. So I ran up to the berm to look, and there were dead Palestinians. He was one of them.”

Oh gee I can't wait to pay $0.25 to read an article that explains how sniping children in the head and displacing hundreds of thousands of palestinians is not a genocide :)
