There's a new method most drop shippers haven't caught onto yet.
You take any store that's already printing.
Feed it into Claude Code.
30 minutes later you walk away with a full clone:
→ Branded product page
→ Winning offer with margins locked in
→ AI-generated product photos
→ Color palette + theme
→ Ad scripts with 3 hook variations each
Zero code. Zero design skills. About $17 for the AI subscription.
Like + comment "CLONE" and I'll DM you the full setup guide.

A few months ago, I sat across from Maxime, Meta's Creative Strategist for Disruptor brands.
The man who works with the top 1% of brands on the platform. The person who sees the data we all guess at.
I went in thinking I'd get validation. What I got was a moment that reframed everything.
He said: "It's less about thinking what piece of content I'm putting out there. It's who am I building this for, and which motivation or barrier am I trying to tackle."
That's it. That's the whole game.
The right ads for the right person built around the right psychological trigger.
The problem was that everything we'd built around that idea lived in fragments. A framework here. A podcast episode there. A case study buried in a client deck. Brands we worked with were getting pieces of the picture but never the full system.
So we built one place that holds all of it.
Everything on this board is what we're actively running right now across the 8 and 9-figure DTC brands we work with. The AI research stack we use to evidence personas. The brief architecture. The testing tiers. The optimisation rules we run in accounts every week.
It's informed by our own data, our Meta partnership research, and that conversation with Maxim.
If your CAC is rising but your creative volume is higher than ever, this is the system that fixes it.

Miami MD's is CRUSHING skincare ads in a crowded market.
I pulled apart their best active ads, and found how they got to $300M in total rev:
- How using a named villain is crazy good on VSLs
- The effects of having a real authority figure
- The buyer personas they rotate through
- Winning angles & product
I just broke everything down so you can apply all learnings I found.

Kind Patches are running 3,000+ live ads right now. And not a single one is relying on a hero SKU or one-size-fits-all message.
We just broke down the funnel of one of the most deliberately segmented brands we’ve seen.
→ Every SKU positioned around a pain point
→ Every angle tailored to a specific outcome
→ Every ad mapped to a unique persona
This is persona-led growth, done properly.
Not “here’s our sleep patch” → but “here’s how you solve Sunday night scaries without melatonin.”
We’ve broken down the ads of 10 of their personas
- For those who want better skin and hair
- For those who want less stress
- For those who want better sleep
- For those who want more energy
- For those who want more focus
- For those who want support with weight goals
- For women who want hormone support
- For those who want better intimacy
- For those who travel often
- For men who want to take it to the next level
The breadth of products and persona variations feeds Meta’s Andromeda system with high-volume, diverse signals, improving delivery efficiency and incremental reach.

In 2025, TikTok Shop grew 180% YoY, converted at up to 12%, and produced $2.7M LIVE days. In 2026, it’ll feel crowded. This is the playbook most DTC brands will wish they had before that shift.
TikTok Shop is converting at 8–12%, while most DTC sites are still stuck at 2–4%.
That gap is the opportunity and it won’t last forever.
If you’re doing £5M+ in e-commerce and TikTok Shop isn’t on your roadmap yet, you’re probably underestimating what’s happening.
This is a start-to-finish guide designed to help established brands launch TikTok Shop the right way, with the infrastructure, strategy, and execution required to scale without chaos.
Inside the guide, we break down:
- How to build a TikTok Shop foundation designed to scale (not collapse under demand)
- The technical setup and LIVE structures top brands use to keep viewers engaged and buying
- How to select hero products and offers that drive consistent GMV
- The affiliate ecosystem playbook: recruiting, incentivising, and sustaining creator output
- How to use LIVE coupons and flash deals without eroding brand value
- What high-performing TikTok Shop content has in common (hooks, structure, proof, CTAs)
- The host framework for training on-camera talent that can actually sell
- The metrics that matter during LIVE — and how to react when performance dips
- How to turn TikTok Shop into a creative engine for wider paid and organic growth
It’s a practical, plug-and-play blueprint for building a TikTok Shop system that drives consistent revenue and scales with control.
If you’re responsible for growth, creative, or e-commerce performance, this guide is your reference point.

We’ve built a database which shows you what’s working on TikTok Shop right now, and exactly how to replicate it.
Real ads. Real results. Broken down frame-by-frame to reveal the patterns that drive trust and sales.
Inside the database, you’ll see:
- Real high-performing TikTok Shop ads across niches like Homeware, Fashion and Supplements
- The full creative framework behind each ad - hook, flow, proof, CTA, etc.
- Clear performance hypotheses explaining why the hook stops the scroll, what creates instant trust, why the ad holds attention and converts, etc.
- Shot-by-shot breakdowns
- Script prompts and visual direction
- The repeatable structures TikTok’s algorithm consistently rewards
Built for teams running TikTok Shop ads, affiliate programs, or creative testing.

Meta reports that partnership ads deliver 19% lower CPAs and 13% higher CTRs on average vs standard brand ads.
That’s why the most advanced Meta accounts are now allocating 20–50% of spend to partnership ads as a core growth lever.
So we’ve just released our Partnership Ads Playbook (Updated for 2026) built off what we’re seeing actually scale inside Meta accounts right now.
Inside, we break down:
- Why partnership ads outperform (and why it’s not about creators or follower count)
- How Meta actually interprets identity, creative, and signals
- The creative diversity multiplier and how identity unlocks incremental reach
- Benchmarks for CPA, CTR, FTI, frequency, and what “good” really looks like
- When to use founders, team members, existing creators, or persona pages
- How to source creators using Meta’s own tools (without wasting time in DMs)
- What to brief creators so content performs and still feels native
- Exact setup flows inside Ads Manager (including dynamic identity)
- Contract terms, usage rights, and what to negotiate (so you don’t get burned later)
- A full measurement framework to know what to scale, what to kill, and when
- Real examples from brands doing this well and why they work
