Fitness App TR version made $1800 EN version for the US audience is burning $30 daily > Slideshows make me uncomfortable > it gets likes and saves but feels fake > I will back slideshows later Started posting videos but not AI this time I have a huge library from professional trainers - only 1 exercise - text overlay This is my new strategy Running TikTok Ads in the US costs a lot but I will run at least two weeks

These interactive elements for the new bookmarkify.io website are my favorite part of the rebrand. Really happy with how they turned out!

day 4 of building in public 23 subs $319 MRR today wasn’t about growth it was about clarity i looked at every payment and asked: “why did THIS person pay?” not features not UI not tech they paid for one outcome: speed create videos faster post faster grow faster that’s it no one cares how your app works they care how fast it solves their problem also realized: adding more features ≠ more money making existing features better = 💰 tomorrow focus: less building more refining road to $500 MRR continues 🚀

What are you building this weekend?

Built my SaaS (bookmarkify.io) for 3 years. Almost quit multiple times because growth was slow → 4000 users → 95 LTDs sold → 56 paying subscribers If you had $2k to grow this, where would you put it? Reddit? TikTok? X? Google Ads? Would really appreciate any advice🙏

I recently shared that section with the chatbox and reflection, and I’ve just put together another one to showcase how the infinite canvas works. It doesn’t include all the functionality yet, and I’m thinking of adding a video player icon or maybe something else.

I'm so tired of building, decided to work on marketing 💵Yesterday: $138.56 💵28 March : $0 (6 trials) 💵27 March: $23.63 💵26 March: $31.56 💵25 March: $69.48 - Spent $151.24 on Meta Ads - İOS CPI: $21, Android: $025 These are small amounts but if you run for 6 months the worst scenario is $2k-3k MMR 👉🏻 Indie developers' biggest problem is consistency I made this app $2k monthly revenue in 3-4 months ago - Then I canceled all web subscriptions ($800 MMR) - Killed mobile app ($700 MMR) - After all I restart with this new app I could make $5k MMR today 💰 But decided to focus on long-term marketing Building is fun but after Claude Code, I couldn't stop myself from building new apps 👉🏻 None of them launched 👉🏻 Spent $1k on CC subscription 3 projects - 4 terminals for each 🔴 All running Claude Code CLI🔴 I felt sick, my brain blew🤯 After stopping building and doing marketing I lost 4 kg and feel much better Treat yourself better and stop building
