#WomenInWeb3 its an important subject, if we want to reach mass adoption as an industry. And I am not just talking about having equal gender representation in the #blockchain teams, but more important on how we design and market our products, in order to attract the other half of the world population (a.k.a. the women). Today, at @RomanoAmericana, I talked about how @cometsofweb3_ Blockchain Community is filling the gender gap, how our girls should be raised to be more #courageous in business, the full length of blockchain job opportunities that the women can take advantages of and how we can have better products in blockchain. I feel so defeated A few months ago, I hit my all-time low My girlfriend broke up with me after 3.5 years of living together My business partners cut me out due to disagreements over the equity split I failed my first startup attempt after building a strong community of 800 amazing people I had to move back to my mom’s house after 5 years of living in London due to financial instability I felt incredibly lost as everything happened at the same time So I decided to take some time off during the summer, hoping it would help clear my mind and move on But the reality is that I still lack a clear sense of direction This is the first time I’m completely clueless, despite encountering major setbacks before Although it’s difficult, I’m grateful for the opportunity to experience this at a young age This provides me the chance to build thicker skin and resilience, which will help me face future difficulties I’d like to thank every single person who has supported me so far Believe me!
