Decision Making is the ability to analyze, assess, & choose optimal actions on the soccer field, considering team intentions & tactical principles. It involves quick & informed choices that align with the overall strategy, contributing to successful execution & team cohesion.

Communication is the ability to convey thoughts, coordinate actions, & share information effectively within a team, facilitating seamless execution of strategies & alignment with tactical principles in soccer.
