@CallicoBadger @lexterlove In conclusion! Unless Amazon knocks on A24's door and say, "We'd like to pay you more money to make us a longer season" Which I don't think a corporation like Amazon will do, A24 will make an 8 episode season again.

@CallicoBadger @lexterlove So if you really wanna ask "Why don't Amazon make more Hazbin episodes if they stream both?" It's because both shows are produced by different companies that make different decisions.

@CallicoBadger @lexterlove Basically, SpindleHorse can make as many episodes of Helluva as they can fund. They're independently owned. A24 decides Hazbin's budget and episode count.

@CallicoBadger @lexterlove They technically do. Amazon just has first dibs on it airing on their platform first for a month before it goes to YouTube. SpindleHorse owns Helluva Boss' rights, A24 owns Hazbin Hotel's rights
