Religions are not similar nor equal in any meaningful manner. A religion whose central tenet is to forcibly convert the entire world is very different from one that forbids proselytizing. A fundamentalist Jain is one who is very committed to not harming an ant. More Jains literally implies more peace. This is not true of all faiths. Stop promulgating the idea that all religions are similar in their teachings. Nothing could be further from the truth. Freedom of religion IMPLIES freedom from any religion that seeks to remove all of your freedoms if and when in power. Wake up.

People ask what they need to buy before starting carnivore. Here is the complete list, and it is shorter than anybody wants it to be. Do I need electrolyte sachets? No. Do I need desiccated liver capsules? No. Do I need grass finished? No. Supermarket beef is beef. Do I need a twelve week protocol? No. Do I need bone broth simmered overnight? No. Do I need magnesium glycinate before bed? No. Do I need to rotate cuts so I do not go deficient? No. Do I need a food scale? No. Do I need an app? Especially not. Do I need collagen powder? You are eating an animal. It arrived with collagen. Do I need a water filter named after a Norse god? No. Do I need to eat organs? No. Do I need to eat liver anyway, out of guilt? No. Do I need to buy anything before Monday? Ground beef, eggs, and butter. You are fully equipped. Do I need to tell my doctor? Tell whoever you like. He will survive it. Do I need something to make this feel more serious? That is the real question, and the answer is still no. The reason nobody sells you this is that there is nothing in it to sell. The entire protocol fits on the back of a receipt and costs less than whatever you are eating now. Meat. Butter. Eggs. Hungry, then not hungry. That is the shop.
