The family alleges the 16-year-old was surrounded and brutally stabbed by 6 to 8 attackers in East Delhi’s Trilokpuri. They claim he had no direct involvement in any dispute but was still targeted. Citing the Tarun case, the family questioned why swift action, including bulldozer action, followed there within hours, while in this case they say there has been little progress. They are demanding immediate arrests, strict punishment for the accused, and accountability from authorities.

भोगडाबर पंचायत, ठाकुरगंज, जिला- किशनगंज निवासी मौलाना तौसीफ़ रज़ा मजहरी साहब की बरेली शरीफ़, उत्तरप्रदेश में ट्रेन में नशे में धुत असामाजिक तत्वों द्वारा पीट पीट कर हत्या कर दी और उसके बाद बरेली केंट के पास ट्रेन से शव को फेंक दिया। असामाजिक तत्वों द्वारा मार-पीट के दौरान मौलाना साहब ने अपनी बीवी से टेलीफोन पर वार्ता कर पुलिस से मदद करवाने की भी मांग की थी। इस बातचीत का साक्ष्य भी उपलब्ध है लेकिन आदतन यूपी पुलिस नाम और पहचान देखकर मनगढ़ंत कहानी बना; मामले की लीपापोती में लगी है। ट्रेन में इस प्रकार की दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना यूपी की बदहाल विधि-व्यवस्था एवं असुरक्षित भारतीय रेल यात्रा का प्रत्यक्ष प्रमाण है। उत्तरप्रदेश सरकार और रेल मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार इस घटना की अविलंब निष्पक्ष और उच्चस्तरीय जांच कराए तथा दोषियों को कड़ी से कड़ी सजा दें। बिहार सरकार को इस मामले का त्वरित संज्ञान लेकर संबंधित पक्षों से बात करनी चाहिए थी लेकिन दुखद है कि बीजेपी शासित राज्यों में बिहारियों की हो रही घृणात्मक मौतों व यातना की घटनाओं पर एनडीए सरकार चुप्पी साध लेती है। बिहार सरकार को पीड़ित परिवार को न्याय एवं उचित सहायता राशि प्रदान करनी चाहिए तथा अन्य राज्यों में बिहारवासियों के साथ भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाओं की पुनरावृति नहीं हो इसके लिए ठोस कदम उठाने चाहिए। पार्टी के नेताओं ने पीड़ित परिजनों से मिल दुख-दर्द सांझा कर संवेदना व्यक्त की। पार्टी मामले की अग्रेतर कार्रवाई को देखेगी और यथासंभव सहयोग करेगी। #Kisangani #bihar #RJD
