Something VERY wrong is happening in Eastleigh. Yesterday, Citizen TV reported protests over the abduction of a Somali businessman Shukri. But here’s what should worry ALL of us: 👉 In just ONE month, 5 Somali businessmen were abducted from Eastleigh. 👉 Not robbed. Not attacked. Abducted 👉 Some have been quietly released 👉 And almost ALL go completely silent No interviews. No explanations. Nothing. Now whispers of clan links are emerging in some Facebook groups etcetra. In the latest case, the victim is allegedly from the Gare clan. (For those who don’t know: Somali clans function much like tribes do for many Kenyans.) So ask yourself: If this is just a crime, why the pattern? If it’s clan rivalry, why the silence? And if state security is being used to settle clan politics. This is bigger than Eastleigh. This is fear. Organized. Systematic.
