Fácil y sencillo: Si los médicos de la pública están contentos y con un buen sueldo se acabó la fuga a la privada y el pagar 5 euros por consulta al médico o 200 euros por una cirugía. Por lo tanto se acabó el falso modelo "privada low cost" que vive a costa de esto.

Si se pone expresamente que no se puede, las CCAA no podrán hacerlo. Habrá que reconfigurar todo; buscar plantilla, por ejemplo ofreciendo condiciones y remuneración que haga que la gente que trabaja en aseguradoras vea atractiva estar en la pública y de esa manera revitalizar y dinamizar el SNS. Y todo esto es algo más allá de las guardias que parece el monotema.

Para mí las opiniones personales de una estudiante de 5º de Medicina filtradas convenientemente el día previo a que sindicatos médicos y Ministerio de Sanidad se sienten a negociar por primera vez tras 13 días de huelga es puro barro y así lo utilizó ayer todo el entorno de Más Madrid y Sumar preparando el terreno para el previsible fracaso de la reunión de hoy. Esta estudiante de 5º de Medicina como presidenta de CEEM habrá participado en reuniones del “Foro de la Profesión Médica” que no tiene ningún poder de negociación ni forma parte de ningún comité de huelga y por lo tanto sus opiniones sobre los sindicatos (en plural) como mucho se refieran a CESM que es el único sindicato que participa en ese foro. De cualquier manera, lo que que hayan discutido en ese foro a los médicos que estamos en huelga y a la población general les debería traer sin cuidado porque no representan a nadie y ahora mismo no son nada más que un instrumento que se ha inventado la ministra para distraer a la opinión pública y decir que ha llegado a no sé qué acuerdos con los médicos que simplemente son mentira porque las reuniones y los acuerdos se tienen que hacer con el Comité de Huelga con el que no se ha reunido hasta hoy. Igual que cuando se inventaron una huelga sanitaria en diciembre convocada por sus sindicatos afines para poder luego desconvocarla y tratar de escenificar otro acuerdo con los médicos que no era tal pero que coló en muchos medios. Veremos cuál es la jugada que tiene preparada para el mes de abril.

No tienen que salir los sindicatos a decir que sus reivindicaciones son imposibles, tenéis que salir vosotros a reconocer que no podéis ofrecer unas condiciones mínimas como jornadas de 35-40 horas o pagar la hora extraordinaria como tal a los médicos. Y explicar los motivos.

It seems fairly clear that the US-Israelis bombed this school on purpose, as they bombed countless schools in Gaza, to test how much Western media will allow them to get away with.

It is wild that European countries want to join a war that was started illegally by and for a man who is wanted for war crimes and genocide by their *own* institutions.

Europe should close *all* of the US bases on its soil. There can be no "strategic autonomy" while the United States maintains the ability to commit wanton violence from imperial installations on European territory.

The more Spain stands up to Israel and the US, the louder the cowardice of other world leaders becomes. You stand with international law against Wars of Aggression, or you don't stand for it at all. You can't pick and choose the law.

Faced with the possibility of a tragedy of immense proportions, I make a heartfelt appeal to all the parties involved to assume the moral responsibility of halting the spiral of violence before it becomes an unbridgeable chasm. May diplomacy regain its proper role, and may the well-being of peoples, who yearn for peaceful existence founded on justice, be upheld. And let us continue to pray for peace.
