I’ve completed transition day and various transition meetings and so the next job is to say goodbye to my current setting (😫) as a HLTA to begin my career as a teacher 🥹. I’m devastated to be leaving but I know I needed to take the plunge 😎. #Newjob #teacher #career #imscared

@MissABishop_ That's impressive! It will be slow at first, then you will get faster. Unless admin requires specific elements in your LPs, I would be as detailed as you want. Over the years mine have become short and sweet. I also always over plan. Good luck in your first year!

Ok, it’s taken me about 2.5 hours in total but I’ve planned my first entire weeks worth of English lessons for September. Please tell me everyone is this slow at first 🥹🙃?

Also would like to add, is this far too detailed for a weekly plan? It’s a daily detailed overview of lessons rather than a brief snippet of what each day will consist of. Maybe I need to check requirements…
