@ONT_Dad Not to mention, the countless teaching related jobs and volunteer experiences I had in order to “gain teaching experience”. 7 LTO’s and eligible for perm later, and I’m still waiting. Loving the process all the same because I could not see myself doing any other profession 💕

@ONT_Dad 4 year honours/1 year teachers college. Applied for 3 years straight before receiving an interview for the occasional teachers list. Got an interview but wasn’t hired the first time around. Hired as an OT in 2017 and not yet perm. Paid for 6 courses to upgrade my qualifications
