@timothy_gumm @sjs856 Assuming Black women are severely obese = racist. Assuming Black women are all poor = racist. BW have a higher maternal mortality w/o weight and eco status as factors. Serena Williams (optimal shape) almost died after child birth. Her concerns were not taken seriously.

She asked him for SPECIFICS for Black American women and he basically said specifics aren’t the priority of this administration nor his concern. Where are all those Black people who said this admin was the best choice for our people? 🤨

@timothy_gumm @sjs856 There is a disparity in maternal mortality rates of Black women compared to White women. We (Black) women have higher chance of dying during childbirth. That needs addressed. Highlighting and addressing a problem is not racism.

Without a Black woman, NASA would never have made it out of Earth or reached the Moon. Katherine Johnson (born Creola Katherine Coleman) was a pioneering NASA "human computer" who calculated the trajectories, launch windows, and emergency return paths essential for NASA to reach the Moon.

The Pope is not a liberal woke. He is simply a Christian following the Lord. Those who label him as such and are angry at him for speaking against injustices are the ones willfully forgetting how to be disciples of Jesus Christ.

What the Artemis II astronauts did over the last 10 days was a testament to their bravery. And the fact that they traveled farther from Earth than anyone ever has, re-entered our atmosphere at more than 24,000 mph, and splashed down safely was a testament to human ingenuity. Thanks to everyone at @NASA for making this mission possible, and for taking us along for the ride.
