Kindy love our weekly Little Hands activities. Today’s activities included making a clay pea tower, chalk writing onto carpet mats, maze copying, wheels on a bus cut and paste, and ‘pinch, palm, pinch, drop’ the cube into a cup to develop fine motor skills.

To begin our Mass unit of work, kindergarten had a fun time holding and hefting many different objects. Some large objects were surprisingly light and some small objects were heavy! @PsCondell

Kindergarten learnt what living things need to survive and designed a habitat to represent their animal’s needs including food, water, shelter & air 🐮🐴🐷🐔🐰@PsCondell

Kindergarten and teachers alike watch in awe as these little chicks hatch. Did you know that when chicks hatch, they eat the yolk and membrane of their eggshell, which provides valuable nutrients after an ‘eggs-hausting’ day of hatching.

Kindergarten are thrilled to watch these little chicks grow and develop each day!
