And rapid tests won’t be fully distributed until a week after schools re-open.
So to answer the question of whether the UCP will make schools safer?

Education Minister Adriana LaGrange says her government has not begun distributing masks and RATs to schools. She says that will happen "later this week," and supplies will be distributed at schools towards the end of next week, not when students arrive on Monday.
