Week 2 for Cadet Class 70 is underway! 68 cadets remain. Long days, intense training, and unwavering commitment.

UPDATE: It’s been confirmed that this was a two-vehicle accident.

🚨Alert I-10 westbound near the 50 mile marker, near the Ocean Springs exit. At approximately 9:30 a.m., multiple emergency agencies responded to a three-vehicle fatal crash. Motorists should expect extended travel delays & are encouraged to use alternate routes if possible.

The Interstate-55 Northbound will remain closed until the @MississippiDOT can clear the right lane of the Northbound side. Overnight conditions resulted in additional accumulation of black ice on the interstate. We expect it to be cleared later this morning.
