A child in my class was leaving to go abroad today and I wanted to give him his leaving present…so, I went to his house to drop it off. When he saw me, he ran out to give me the biggest bear hug🧸best feeling, but it is so emotional saying goodbye to children you won’t see again

So happy to have met my new class this week🤍

A child said this at the end of today: “You deserve something from us at the end of the year because you forget that you are special as well and you need to start making more time for yourself instead of just thinking about us” Children can be so thoughtful💭

For STEM week, my class baked energy bars, with the brief of making a healthy food item to climb a mountain. They designed the product, chose the ingredients and produced the packaging. They used my Cricut to bring their group label design to life🏞

Finishing the end of year reports is a whole new feeling of relief
