Today we celebrated Earth Day by investigating how climate change impacts coral reefs. We became scientists and explored how skittles are like coral in two experiments. Ask us what we did 😃 @ComelyParkPS
On Thursday, we were tasked with creating a nest that would hold an egg. Here are some of the groups with their creations and watch the video to see how we tested whether they were successful. No eggs were cracked - what an egg-cellent outcome! Well done! 🪺 @ComelyParkPS

On Thursday, P3 were lucky to have some very special visitors in the afternoon. The House Captains and Mr McGrath hosted a STEM Challenge where pairs were tasked with creating gliders. Ask us about how we made them 😃 @ComelyParkPS

This week we explored grid references and used games such as Battleships, maps, and activities on the board to practice finding and writing our own references! @ComelyParkPS
We learned some of the body parts in Spanish by practising ‘Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes’ followed by an activity to create an alien. Ask us about the body parts our aliens had! @ComelyParkPS
A big round of applause for our Star of the Week A, Star Writers I and L, and our lucky golden ticket winner, C! Great work, everyone! ⭐️👏 @ComelyParkPS
This week we created maps using something simple that you can find at home - rice! We pretended Vikings arrived on our islands and we wrote directions for them. Did you know Vikings never used maps? Everyone worked so hard to help the Vikings - very proud of you all! 😃
