The brain has multiple regions,but more easily explainable as 1 house with 3 floors. As we go from the bottom up,it becomes more complex.Too many ed settings try to discipline when lower networks are disrupted and disorganised, causing a cascade of issues with regulation.🧠🌱

So far 2025 has been amazing! I’ve managed to gain myself 3 conditionals for University, Glasgow Caledonia, Edinburgh Napier, and University of the West Of Scotland, so hopefully my dreams of studying criminology will come true!

Helping children heal from trauma requires a bottom-up approach.They are developmentally stuck in the brainstem with very little accessing higher brain functions.Working on emotional memories while helping them explore dysregulated feelings & regulate the nervous system🧠🌱
