@OldburyPark Immy has spent the weekend baking ready for the cake sale she has organised. She is raising money for the Alzheimer’s Society. This is to celebrate the ‘lockdown baking lessons’ she has given her grandad for the last 12 weeks. 👴🏽👧🏽💕 @alzheimerssoc @PaulHollywood

We also did some fab estimating to fill up different sized containers. We found out that the wider the container was, the more potion it could hold. We filled up Miss Halls bucket with 2 containers at a time and learnt to count in 2s all the way to 20! I was very impressed!

@OldburyPark This week the Reception children have been inspired by another Julia Donaldson story, The Princess and the Wizard. If you haven’t read this one yet, it’s a lovely story where princess Eliza has 7 chances to escape the wizard! We mixed colours to make our own potion!

Year 4 were set the challenge of finding out all about teeth! They could make a poster, leaflet or model to show their learning. Look at this fabulous model created from Play Doh by Tymoteusz! He’s even colour coded the types of teeth!

@OldburyPark Caleb collected sticks on our river walk and instead of a ‘journey stick’ he has made a heart out of all the sticks to keep as a memory. He wanted to spray it bright pink as well! 💖
