Good morning Cat. Got up early to help mum with her shower, and now I have a massive sinus headache. I am meant to be going to gym and a dietitian appointment. If things don't improve soon I will have to postpone my dietitian appointment for a second time. Banjo is sitting in our bedroom doorway waiting for me to let him out again. Not sure if it is much warmer than when I let him out an hour ago.

@robwade91225 Evening Rob. Eye clinic was fine except for the cab driver who was so annoying. Couldn't find our entry. Poor English & appalling driver. I was a wreck. Needed eye check for drivers licence. Parking everywhere is a nightmare. Will you be having Laser ? I'm still cold. Stay warm.
