To start our new science topic, Plants and their Life Cycle, we explored the school grounds for different plants and trees 🌿🪻🌸🌳 We found periwinkle, common daisy’s, papers plants and so much more @ShacklewellE8

3W are loving our Writing Week book, A River by Marc Martin 🛶 Today, we put our performance skills to the test and worked in groups to perform different parts of the poem! @ShacklewellE8

The children have thoroughly enjoyed our topic of Ancient Egyptians this half term! 🇪🇬 Look at all of their amazing home learning…🤩

Today, 3W had a wonderful trip to our local church, St Barnabas, to support us in our RE learning about prayer ⛪️ @ShacklewellE8

3W were very concerned our raspberry plant might not grow over the upcoming half-term! So, today in Science, we designed & created a self-watering device to make sure it survives! @ShacklewellE8 🪴🥼

What a fantastic morning exploring all the Egyptian artefacts! @ShacklewellE8 We were so excited to see all the canopic jars, hieroglyphic inscriptions of the God’s and lots of beautiful jewellery from tombs 🇪🇬

3W are excited to be at the UCL campus today to explore the ancient Egyptian artefacts in @PetrieMuseEgypt 🇪🇬 @ShacklewellE8
