I met Mary Lou Hamlin (@11mommalou ) at the Budweiser Bistro in the Fan Zone @DAYTONA for a hug last evening. She is just an incredibly sweet, kind, fun and very strong woman who fiercely loves her family. She is beautiful and healthy. She asked me to tell you all if you see reports that she is in a hospital bed wrapped in bandages those are fake reports. Being back at the track has been so good.👱‍♀️❤️

My heart aches for the entire Biffle family and victims involved. My heart is especially heavy for Greg and Nicole’s daughter, Emma, who was a friend to both my girls. Emma had the biggest heart, and would always stop and give me a hug. Our hearts are with them. 🕊️🙏🏼❤️

Today the motorsports world lost one of its fiercest competitors and kindest souls. Greg Biffle was a champion on the track and a humanitarian off it, whose impact reached far beyond racing. We also mourn the loss of his wife Cristina and children Emma & Ryder, along with Craig Wadsworth, Dennis Dutton, and his son Jack. My heart is with all their families and loved ones.

Filed one of my stories and we are trying to find a window to do the podcast soon, but wanted to take a moment to express admiration for my NASCAR media colleagues. This group (and some not pictured) did a professional and thorough job covering a historic trial for the sport.

True. I think all involved should have consequences. Make them sit out a lap or two, maybe an entire race. But I think it’s wrong to fine financially when NASCAR is using them as actors in their promotion of the sport. You can’t praise it in one arena, but condone it in another

@missjfish Sure, NASCAR is hypocritical, and perhaps even shameless, but it doesn’t change the fact that Stenhouse should be penalized.

How you gonna fine them? But also promote it all over social media? Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense IMO

If your MAIN HOBBY is drinking with friends…… I promise you there’s more FUN & FULFILLING ones! It was mine for 34 years. I bought into the LIE IT’S JUST WHAT EVERYONE DOES & never really thought intentionally if the juice was worth the squeeze as I aged.
