@merseyrail It's bad enough you cancel the 15:35 train. But the bus driver decided not to drive the replacement bus after people were standing outside for more than 20 minutes. How is this acceptable?

@merseyrail @GretaMattocks I was at Fazakerly. I waited 30 minutes and they didn't hold the train at aintree for the replacement bus so now I'm waiting another 12 minutes for the train. I'm sorry but this is just a joke today.
