A2: had PBD on BEst Practices in Teaching Math and was chosen as the studio teacher. 8+ people observing me teach an entire lesson. I was so nervous, but it was the BEST professional learning I’ve ever had. #KidsDeserveIt

A1: This year I sent out hand written thank you notes to teachers I worked with. It didn’t cost a lot but I wanted to recognize their hard work. For our final PD of the year I transformed our board room into a celebration to thank our Science leaders. #kidsdeserveit

A1: use positivity and build up their confidence. Don’t let them doubt their greatness and give them that little push they need to be AMAZING! #KidsDeserveIt

@jmattmiller @MissMcCalley @SEANJFAHEY I also think giving support and meeting ts where they are! 10% of your staff will try anything, the rest will come along by the word of mouth of those 10%, then the rest eventually! Meet your staff where they are and use those top 10% to help spread the positivity! #Ditchbook

@martianteacher @JakeMillerTech Yes! By being new, you got to start slow but show your worth as well. Under the radar, show the teachers that you are knowledgeable and know your stuff!

@MissMcCalley @SEANJFAHEY @jmattmiller Yes, our school went 1:1 this past year and our principal provided our schools own technology conference at our school for high school and middle school teachers to learn and share about technology. Really awesome! #ditchbook
