I’ve been going through very similar things for years and I really have to say that this absolutely needs to change. This cannot become the norm. Criticize your artists and hold them accountable. Don’t just celebrate the art, be honest and share the negative experiences too.

I’m feeling pretty low tonight...this debut is something I’ve been quietly working toward in the bg for almost two years now...alot only see the finished results, but behind the scenes there has been a huge amount of planning, saving, organizing, and commissioning to try to bring this vision together... Unfortunately despite doing everything I could to prepare early, some things haven’t come together the way I hoped. A few commissions I planned major parts of the debut around haven’t been delivered after almost a year, or I've been completely ghosted... and that means some elements of the debut simply won’t exist the way they were originally envisioned... That’s been really hard to process after so much time and effort going into planning this... None of this changes how proud I am of what I’ve built and what WILL be there for debut. I’m still incredibly excited to finally share it with you all! but tonight I’m just feeling the weight of the pieces that didn’t come together and being out of my control despite my best intentions...

@Vaylilay @ayvoli Wenn du Töpfchenfarbe nimmst und die Blondierung einen Gelbstich hat passiert das. Ja Wenn du Elumen nimmst (so wie ich) und deine Haare gut vorbehandelst bleiben die Farben mehrere Monate schön und werden auch nicht blau, grün oder sonstiges.

@Vaylilay @ayvoli Besser wäre gewesen wenn du vllt vorher gefragt hättest mit welchen Farben ich arbeite bzw. du gesagt hättest mit welchen Farben du solche schlechten Erfahrungen gemacht hast. Anstatt zu sagen das MEINE Haarfarbe da auch blau und irgendwann grün wird?! = nicht deine Erfahrung

Wen das für dich klapp ist das ja gut doch es gibt viele die in Farben einsteigen und sehen nur oh wie schön das will ich auch egal wie sehr man sich vorbereitet das Haar muss auch damit funktionieren nicht jeder hat Struktur nimmt Farbe gleich an produkte wirken anders selbst beim Frisör gibt's keine Garantie für ein langes halten. Die wäschen danach haben ebenfalls Einfluss. Wie gesagt nur weil es dir nicht passiert ist heißt das es nicht passieren kann und nur weil es mir passiert ist heißt es nicht das es passieren wird. Manchmal hat man Glück un es hält lange oder du hast nach 2 waschen schon einen blau Stich. Ich spreche nur aus eigener Erfahrung das jedem in meinem Freundeskreis das passiert ist das rot wurde Orange mein lila wurde blau und nachfragen brachte nur bedingt was so das Iwan aus dem blau grun wurde. Ich spreche dir deine Erfahrungen nicht ab aber unterstell mir keine Lügen wenn ich warne das es passieren kan wenn es bereits passiert ist.

@Vaylilay @ayvoli „Das Lila da“ Du sagst meine Haarfarbe wird blau. Was nicht stimmt. Wenn man die richtigen Farben nimmt und eine gute Vorbehandlung macht dann bleiben die Farben lange hübsch und werden auch nicht Orange oder Blau. Und ich färbe meine Haare seit 15 Jahren
