@Miss_Maitland I got a special bridal spray tan done at the salon 2 days before. The tan did rub off onto the dress by the end of the night, but, I don't think I rinsed it off properly 🙈

Question for brides who want a bit of a tan: What do you do about tan because surely fake tan will just rub off on the white dress?! 🍊👰🏼‍♀️

@MissRQT22 @Team_English1 Myself and (non teaching) husband split it 7m/5m when it first came in, both 1st in our workplaces! It's your legal right, and businesses don't make it easy but worth fighting for. Just check all paperwork carefully.

@MissRQT22 @Team_English1 Have a look at the government guidance on shared parental leave. My husband and I shared leave for our second child (I took 6 months and he took 3). I spoke to HR at my school and he spoke to his HR and it was fine, not tricky at all, and would definitely recommend!
