I really don’t want to have kids which is a crazy realization to comes to terms with

Can we go back to the 80s/90s please? I really hate how everything is now. I miss how life was, how people were. The music was better, the films were great. I miss blockbuster video and the days of no social media. Times were so so much better.

@blackb3ttie Yes I said earlier that you have to use a gel. I didn’t say it was impossible I’m just saying the hair you started with will not be the hair that lasts all day nor overnight. Definitely can’t sleep on it bc the hair dries overnight. However, I’m glad your experience worked out 🙏🏾

@ErrickaNicholle Lol I tried once and I was sold by how long my hair was when wet . After two hours when I saw my defined curls had turned into a sponge , I never did it again 😂😂😂

@dykehedelic That’s all that can be done at that point is pick it out and wear it in a Afro tbh.

@amarilov3u Naptural is 4a. I’m not saying it’s impossible I’m just saying it doesn’t suit our hair type (unless you use a bunch of gel) because our hair shrinks. The definition probably lasted long but I’d bet my last dollar that their hair definitely shrunk and bushed throughout the day.

@MissReaux @angehieux Have you ever watched any of Naptural85 videos? She used to do a lot of wash and go videos. She always used flaxseed gel which she would make herself. I definitely seen videos of 4b/4c girls do wash and goes that's last all day.

@4Da_LoveofMuzic Yup exactly !! Once I learned more about porosity, I realized our hair is not meant to be worn “wet” no matter the product lol

@MissReaux @angehieux This the one! my hair sucks up all fluids I’ve tried so many ways and can not get a curl only a tight ass cool!

@doewards Lol literally! I’ve been natural for over 12 years and with 4c, the only way is to slab a bunch of gel in your hair after the wash. They don’t understand that water, leave in conditioner, and mousse is not enough.

I’ve noticed Twitter is pushing WAY more negative tweets related to media to the For You feed lately. Like you’ll get a wave of positive tweets then get hit with tweets shitting on that same thing once you engage in any way. Super fucking toxic

Now that I’m in my late 20s.. I strongly believe 18 should NOT be considered a legal adult..
