Today was not only Maroon Out and Principal Appreciation Day, but we were able to surprise Mr. Latiolais - Fabra Elementary Principal with the announcement that he was named the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) Distinguished Administrator! Congratulations, Mr. Latiolais!
