VISA Japan’s CEO Seetan Kitney (pic relevant) Admits that VISA censoring and threatening various Japanese art websites to censor their adult content using their ability to receive payment as hostage. He basically says in his own words that “its a good thing”. Because according to this CEO, it is necessary because he deems the adult art content “problematic” and the orwellian crackdown is “necessary to promote the brand”. The VISA Japan CEO Seetan Kitney also says that the censorship efforts are to adhere to “global policies”. Uh huh…I see how it is. It always boils down to attempts at Culture Colonialism, again.
