@snapchatsupport This is not fixed - loads of people are having and reporting the same issue. What is the progress on a fix please ?

@snapchatsupport please help with this glitch - receiving emails as though there’s been a successful login but then the app tells me I am locked out!?

@snapchatsupport what are you doing about all the accounts locked out for NO REASON. I have memories on there of my deceased friend that I want access to!!!! Please please help and stop fobbing us off.

@rhysanders1803 @Rebecca16306669 @snapchatsupport There’s definitely a technical issue with the app! They need to resolve it. Mines just gone as though it’s logged in, and then told me I’m locked out again straight away!

@Rebecca16306669 @MissTeriousx @snapchatsupport I have also been locked out however for me it has been 2 days, I have emailed snapchat and used the unlocked feature on their website which unlocked my account but then was locked again when I logged in!! I think it’s my app as it wouldn’t let me make a new account

@MissTeriousx @snapchatsupport Took them like an hour to send me the automated copy and pasted message which they reply to all the comments with, the next day they said they ‘can’t provide any more info over Twitter’ and told me to read the terms and conditions like plz stop I didn’t do anything wrong 😡x

@snapchatsupport This is not a terms of service issue! Every account that tries to log in on my devices is locked out! This is a technical glitch! Tell me please when I will have full access restored and that you’re working on the glitch!
