Day 1/2 of our Lowland Leader Training! Nearly 20’000 steps, countless hills and still another day to go. Learnt so much and cannot wait to get stuck into more tomorrow! Minus the falling over in ankle deep mud😅

Last week we hosted a @RFU Teachers Introduction to Contact course for PE teachers from the local area. The teachers thoroughly enjoyed the course and picked up a range of different ideas that they can implement into their lessons! 🏉
