@missmflnqt @MrTs_NQTs I have Crohn’s and Fibro and I go to sleep about 9-9:30 which helps massively! Also I’ve found being honest and open with your team means that they can support you better.

@MissWhitmore1 @MrTs_NQTs I did, Caitlin. I found it tricky to find the balance between starting soon enough to still have confidence in my academic research and writing and delaying until I had enough experience to really make what I learned instantly relevant. I'm sure you'll be fabulous!
