It's like they WANT to push the expressions but can't because the puppet rigs won't let them. Old Tiny Toons had like 10 stylistically different overseas studios, but at least they HAD styles. When the animation is so bland it has be longing for Kennedy Cartoons there's a problem

Holy shit, this Tiny Toons reboot pilot is awful. Trying to recreate the energy of the animation w/ rigged puppets some circa-2005 Canadian shit. And the voice cast can't decide if they want to do an impression of the original VA or their own thing so they try to do both at once.
