I don’t want to look skinny. I want to look like I will kick you through a wall if you come near my kid.

The horrors persist but so do libraries, books, iced coffee, sunsets, trees, the word ‘fuck’, the moon and the sea.

My energy was so off this morning, going to the gym fixed me right up!

After 9 years in the gym and helping over 900 people drop 20-80 pounds, here's every fitness tip I could come up with: 1. Stop drinking alcohol.

We’ve turned a corner folks, I’ve been able to keep down not two, not three, but four saltine crackers!! 🤢 Now I need to rehydrate and sleep.
