My very good friend is a nurse who is concerned about me taking Reta / Tesa / MOTS-C because it’ll increase my RHR.
Her concern is genuine and through love, I get it. She’s a fantastic nurse.
However. My average resting heart rate is 40-42.
Increasing my RHR on Reta or any other peptide doesn’t concern me.
