@neccros @Grubhub_Care Yes! He was lost. When I finally guided him to my complex he went to the main building and parked. He refused to drive down to my building which is building 11 so I had to drive to Building 1 and he still didnt get out the car! I had to get out.

Last night I was verbally assaulted by a @Grubhub driver. I've never experienced anything like it in my life! And all Grubhub did was offer me a partial refund. Smh! I'm so disappointed!

@neccros @Grubhub_Care Absolutely ridiculous! When I drove to meet my driver I still had to get out the car! So unprofessional

@Grubhub_Care @Missluxie I had one park 1/2 a block away from my apartment and because I noted I would meet them when they got there, aka at my door, she expected me to walk to her car. She refused to get out and deliver my food like I expect a delivery driver to do. I ended up refusing the order.

I am extremely livid! @Grubhub did nothing to assure my SAFETY! This hostel, racist driver know where I live, have my phone number, and because I had to drive and meet him he has a description of my car!

Once I directed the @Grubhub driver to my complex he refused to locate my building number. I had to get in my car and DRIVE TO MEET HIM at Building 1. I live only a few Buildings down. That totally defeats the purpose of delivery! And to think, I had already pre-tipped this guy

The @Grubhub driver was upset because he was lost. As I'm trying to give him directions he took his frustration out on me by making racist comments about delivering in this "ghetto neighborhood" at night! As much as I use delivery services I have NEVER had this happen to me.
