The announcement from the PM was the right one. The reality for the wedding industry is that this will be the first time we have traded properly in two years. We have had no targeted support at all in that time. What an incredibly resilient, brave and supportive community we are.

Prioritise weddings. Give people the day they deserve amidst the scenes of football fans jumping around and Ascot drinks receptions. Get us fully open without the ridiculous restrictions. Ensure businesses don’t have to be tied to guidance so complicated that we can’t deliver.
