Dear LayoHomes
Dear LayoHomes@layoproperty·
I bought a container of milk for ₦6,500 at the supermarket last time but today I decided to get the sachet for ₦4,200 instead. Poured it into the empty container and it filled it up completely. That means I’ll stick to the sachet since it’s cheaper but gives the same quantity. If you’ve been buying the milk container for ₦6,500, try the sachet milk for ₦4,200 and pour it into your container it’s the same quantity, just a better price 😉

Nayib Bukele just built the Greatest Hospital in South America called Hospital Rosales. It will Treat Citizens FREE. Total Cost Building + Furnishing $61m (N83billion) Tinubu used N15 trillion to Build Coastal Road. N15 trillion divided by N83 billion = 181 Hospitals 😢🙆🏽‍♂️💔

A sane government should not build mall at this place..... This is a very terrible position to build mall... Roundabout Nnewi is always choked with too much traffic jam and you're trying to continue the mall building stopped by Nnewi people...Take the mall to another location...Take those motor parks out of that same location. Roundabout Nnewi need to be dis-conjested....

@MistaDee_ @mekusvibez @osazenoo You can do the calculation and bring it out for us. However, we are talking d 2nd term election context. Nobody asked % of votes ur messiah used to win his 1st term. In addition, go over and read the comments again, I already addressed how BAT won and his party acceptability

@osazenoo @mekusvibez @MistaDee_ Using that same logic, considering the number of people that didn't vote in 2023 general election. It means the also rejected Tinubu. Nice one. Lagos also rejected him.

@MistaDee_ After Peter Obi spent 4 years in office, guess what percentage of Anambra people voted for his reelection? 34% . Fact check me. 66% voted against him and rejected his leadership. I guess the education did not get to the 66% majority that voted against him. Oponu

@Nwa_Anambra_ @onyeka_chii Fun Fact: The Nnewi - Onitsha road is a Federal Road. It doesn't fall under the state govt care, it falls under the federal govt care.

@onyeka_chii Oga call Soludo out for leaving that road in that deplorable condition but don't ever say that any road is unimportant, what do you mean by unimportant? A road that leads to major agrarian communities. Those 2 roads are important and Anambra has the capacity to fund them at once

Frame 1 — A major access road linking Nnewi to Onitsha. The two access roads to Nnewi from Onitsha are in terrible condition. Frame 2,3&4 — Soludo constructing an unimportant dual carriage road from Oko to Ufuma. Soludo doesn't care about Anambra state nor the economy. 💯

If it was up to me, I'd like Tinubu to rule the SW for 20 years. PO to lead the SE, and Atiku to rule the north. Make all man taste their product

1. Does Anambra State have a rail line? No. Plans are to connect the Aba line to Owerri, but it is not yet complete. 2. Does Anambra have an independent power project? No. The 1,500 MW Century Power Generation (CPG) in Okija is not operational. 3. How many steel plants does Anambra have? There are many small steel operations, but only one major steel plant—the Milton Steel Manufacturing Company Limited in Akwuzu. There are no other major industrial steel plants. 4. What about an airport? Yes. Anambra has a state-funded airport. I have not heard of any nation or state that has industrialised without power, rail, and steel. Yet, the professor of economics believes that the way to industrialise the state he inherited is to build a second airport, given that it already has the largest open-air market in Africa, the largest automotive SME cluster in Africa, an inland port (the only one in the Southeast), and Onitsha, the gateway to the entire Southeast. Scale of preference is an economic term for a reason If the airport is so viable, let the private sector, which looks at profit build it
