久々のお弁当デー。👧🏻なのをすっかり忘れて家にある食材でどうにか作ったシンプルメニュー。りんごを塩水につけながら、『私、母になったな…』と実感したけど、これが毎日と言われたらちょっとしんどい😉笑　中高とお弁当つくってくれてた母ってすごいなって。両親いるけど、父は家事しないから笑、自分で全てやるようになって偉大さがわかる。 ありがとうお母さん。 娘は「おいしかったよ！」て完食してくれました🌼わーい！

@pienotacake Remember, a jar of strained tomatoes is like pasta sauce; add: basil, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, & onion powder, then Olive Oil about 1 teaspoon of each (personally I had about a tablespoon of garlic, but I really like that flavor). Place the pasta in the sauce after heating.

@luciacrabs @yewfnet It matters if it's Peanut spread or Peanut Butter, since the spread can be more sugar than peanut, though brands like Teddy are more peanut and no sugar, but needs to be stirred before use and refrigerated after opening. Cosmic Crisp Apples, those are the sweetest!

@luciacrabs low sodium: Under 150mg (if you can make it under 100mg), per serving low sugar: Under 5-6g (try to stay under 30g a day), per serving low saturated fats: 0-2g, this is the hardest one to fit into that area, since all the good foods are more than 2g, but do your best.

@luciacrabs My favorite "Lose Weight" Snack; Kettle Corn or Popcorn, anything flavor, though only low sodium, sugar, & saturated fats, since those are the silent weight gainers. Favorite meals; Light meat chicken sandwich about 3-4oz. again low sodium, sugar, & saturated fats for sauce.

@pienotacake Panicking is normal, though that energy needs to be directed. Start fresh tomorrow & focus on applying to every job that fits your needs. If anything tonight search up some local businesses that need your expertise. Also sometimes grabbing a job instead of a career helps the now.
