Ez az épület eddig Építési és Közlekedési Minisztériumként szolgált. Az épület néhány lépésre található a Parlamenttől és szimbolikus, hogy a Miniszterelnökség címe az Alkotmány utca lesz. Úgy néz ki hogy az első ígéretét betartja a tisza párt. 2,2 millió ember fog beleesni a 9%-os adósávba. Nem vagyok egy nagy szaki de ez hatalmas kiesés lesz az államnak mert majdnem fele annyi adót fog fizetni 2,2 millió ember. De itt jön amivel nem számolnak az amatőr liberális tiszás politikusok. A cégek elkezdik a dolgozóikat bejelenteni minimálbérre, hogy minden dolgozójuk 9%-os adót fizessenek a 15% helyett. A vége az lesz hogy 3,5-4 millió ember fog fizetni 9%os adót az 5,4 millió adófizetőből. Ha ezt a 9% adót bevezetik akkor az SZJA mentességeket, rezsicsökkentést és 13 havi nyugdíjat meg fogják szüntetni csak idő kérdése mert az állam bevétele meg fog feleződni. Olyan nincs hogy fele akkor az állam bevétele és minden jóléti intézkedés magmarad. Megszorítások lesznek és beindul a boritékozás, virágozni fog a fekete munka.
