I can't speak to the USA, but a person could get a script that would work in the EU for GLP1 via online tele-health providers like MobiDoctor for 43 euros in about 30 minutes, if the doctor agrees (which they usually do) - mobidoctor.eu/what-we-treat/… I personally haven't met any doctor worth a $1000 consult. Even some of the best neurosurgeons I've talked to charged less than that.

I was talking about the Alaska zoo with a friend once. Now the zoo is really spaced out and way less busy so most of the time you’re kind of alone chilling looking at the animals. I’ve seen him probably 10+ times in person but that’s because I got the surgeries of course!! Absolutely great intuition, I complimented his website and he said good because he spent a lot of time writing it lol he is super educated on how with hEDS there is typically a multitude of different things that can be coming together to cause severe symptoms. Instead of in the US where they do testing and imaging until they find something that may explain symptoms, he does every single test and imaging beforehand to make sure that he has a full view of everything together.

I’ve been on both sides of this. While I think the genuine turn on is there for some women, I think for 80-90% that think they like this have a hidden driver for this behavior. Most of the time it’s a way to avoid real intimacy and to protect yourself when and if something inevitably goes wrong. There is a huge difference between wanting a man other women want (all women want this), to letting them have him.
