Yesterday, @MitchFourmanMD presented on lumbar interbody fusion techniques at the @NASSpine annual conference in Chicago. He discussed his research findings on how female sex & supine proximal lumbar lordosis are associated with the size of the LLIF “safe zone” at L4-5. #NASS2022

I love this country. It saved my family, first from Russian pogroms and then from the Nazis. Chances are it saved yours too. We are not far from being the true Great Society envisioned by Johnson, but yesterday as a microcosm of the last year demonstrates how far we have to go.

Can't be more correct. In addition to 9 months of actual clinical data on these patients through Phase 1-3 trials, we have decades of vaccine history to support safety and efficacy. There's more danger in Taco Bell than this vaccine.

One of my favorite times of day is walking to my car in the parking garage, which is typically silent by the time that I go home. Sometimes it's so easy to get your head caught in the sounds and motion that the beauty and balance of silence is forgotten.
