Actual status of #TradeAi #StakX and #UA3 it seems that the story is coming to an end, unfortunately not a happy end. The access of the wallets (all? We don’t know) were given to some devs. It’s a fact that there is (nearly) no money on them anymore. Where is it gone? We don’t know. What we know: Jim (and Paddy) are both accusing Guillermo. Jim says that he fouled everyone (including them). He says that from the beginning, G. cheated on them by showing them false screenshots , contracts and so on. That he lost a majority of the funds on bad trades. Did they ever see a real trade or checked anything like contracts or G.‘s PC? Jim says no. He says it was a ponzi organised by G. from the beginning and that he will hand over G. to the authorities in Dubai. That’s why he brought him there, bc the authorities in Dubai work very precisely. The open questions: - how is it possible that 2 persons who are deeply involved didn’t know anything and signed / did deals in a name of a company they had no clue on. - how much money is on Jim‘s Swiss bank account? - where did the money go and who took it? (Only G.?) - does paddy really have banksy art, which can be sold to return a part of the funds? My personal opinion: I always tried to be very objective in the spaces, but tbh: this story is really sus. 2 persons (Jim and Paddy) with a criminal past must be suspicious persons. Why do they trust a person over months without checking ONCE what is really happening? So, is it over? Yes and no. Yes, bc in my opinion we will not get our money back. Who knows were it is hidden, if and when the authorities will find it. And if they do, will it be the total amount. No, bc we, the community should set an example of this ponzi. We are used to get scammed, rugged and told lies in web3, but enough is enough. We should not stop our efforts contacting the local authorities until the culprits are arrested and justice is done! I am so sorry for all the people who lost big amounts of money. Victims dm’ed me heartbreaking stories. I am speechless in front of so much cold and indifference.
